Leadership Team

Jesus

The Bible clearly teaches that Jesus is the Head of the Church (Eph. 1:22–23, 4:15, 5:23). He is the One that we seek and follow as He continues to advance the movement that He started 2,000 years ago through His perfect life, substitutionary death and victorious resurrection. After He ascended into heaven, He gave us His Spirit and established His Church to be led by elders/overseers (commonly known as pastors).

Ben Jake joined Kaleo in 2025. He grew up in Yakima, Washington and pursued his bachelors in Biblical Exposition from Moody Bible Institute in Spokane, and he is pursuing his masters from Western Seminary.

Jake, Debbie, and their three kids (Toby, Karis, and Mickey), love exploring Western Washington as they go mushroom hunting. They have served and loved the local church in various contexts and seen God work through ordinary people to bring about His kingdom purposes.
